Lindsay is the founder and owner of Sanctuary, with over 20 years in the beauty industry. She began her career in esthetics in 2005, building a strong foundation in skin health and client care. In 2018, after becoming certified in microblading, she discovered her passion for cosmetic tattooing—blending her knowledge of skin with her natural artistic talent.

Lindsay has completed advanced training in brows, eyeliner, and lips, specializing in natural, timeless results designed to age beautifully. In 2020, she expanded into traditional tattooing, embracing it as a creative extension of her lifelong love of art.

She especially enjoys tattooing script, botanical designs, soft hand-poked pieces, and detailed pet or stuffed animal portraits—meaningful work with a touch of the unexpected.

LEAD ESTHETICIAN / CERTIFIED ACNE EXPERT

Koye is a licensed esthetician and self-proclaimed skin care nerd. She loves to help unconventional beauties cultivate healthy skin and a healthy sense of self-confidence! She's a native of the Gem State and a fresh transplant to PA. In her free time she enjoys doing anything that sparks her creativity and spending time in the garden. ​

ESTHETICIAN / PIERCER

Mandy loves keeping up with all the newest beauty trends and providing them to her clients! She also loves the dermaplane treatment and educating clients on a good skin care routines to keep them feeling confident and refreshed between services. Her goal at Sanctuary is to make clients feel and look beautiful while working with their natural beauty. In her free time she finds herself looking to travel and relax somewhere full of sunshine.​

ESTHETICIAN / BODY WAXER

Ashley loves educating herself on the latest skincare trends and treatments. Her favorite service to perform is the Lash Lift and Tint because it promotes natural beauty by enhancing your own lashes. She aims to make clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

When she's not making others feel their best, you will find her creating content videos or traveling to adventurous places!

TATTOO ARTIST / JR. BROW ARTIST

Steff has been tattooing for 3 years, recently branching into permanent makeup and freckles. She is also actively working towards adding paramedical tattooing to her list of services (like areola restoration and scar camouflaging). 

Art has always been her way of understanding and connecting. As a tattoo artist with a background in Art Therapy, she is passionate about creating meaningful work that supports healing, self-expression, and personal growth. It’s important for her to hold space that is supportive and comfortable.  ​

The styles she enjoys tattooing the most are narrative/illustrative, whimsical, boho/ornamental, and script.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Andrea has been a dedicated licensed massage therapist for many years. She attended Long Island University Brooklyn campus as a BFA dance major before continuing her education at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine for occupational studies.

When working with Drea, she will provide a service that is tailor made for each client to address their specific concerns, promote rehabilitation, relaxation, and healing.​​

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Colleen is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Corrective Exercise Personal Trainer. She specializes in Myofascial Release and Stretch Therapy, with a focus on supporting active bodies and nervous system health. Her work is intuitive and client-centered, adapting each session to help create a receptive and resilient nervous system.

She works especially well with athletes, active individuals, and clients seeking a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes consent, communication, and safety.

Her practice is grounded in kindness, compassion, and respect for all bodies and aims to create a supportive space for healing, recovery, and long-term well-being.

MANAGER / CLIENT SUPPORT

Kelly is our tech guru behind the scenes, the friendly voice of customer support, and the steady hand helping to manage day-to-day operations. She came to us with over ten years of experience as a Communications Director in the private club industry, and brings a rare blend of technical know-how, organization, and people-first service.

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly here at Sanctuary, Kelly enjoys crocheting, experimenting with new hot sauce recipes, and adventuring in the great outdoors with her husband.
