Your Questions, Answered

  • Unused services expire after two months. For example, if a member misses an appointment in February, they may still use it in March. If, at the end of March, the service remains unused, it would be forfeited.

  • Definitely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at anytime.

  • Yes! You may apply the value of your monthly membership toward any service of higher value by simply paying the difference in service cost.

    For example, your Gold Membership may be used to apply $100 towards any service that is not included in your program.

    If you would like to apply your membership towards a service of lower value, you may do so, but there will not be a credit for unused value.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Memberships are personal to the member. Services and/or retail discounts cannot be gifted or transferred to another person.
